What You'll See

You will be presented with MRI scans in the axial plane across four sequences (switchable):

• T1-weighted
• post-contrast T1-weighed
• T2-weighted
• T2-FLAIR

All sequences are co-registered and overlaid with colour-coded segmentations, where:

• Red: necrotic tumour core
• Green: peritumoural edema
• Yellow: enhancing tumour

The interface

For each case, you will be presented with three windows:

• Left: prediction model 1
• Centre: reference standard
• Right: prediction model 2

All keyboard shortcuts are displayed in the bottom-left corner of the interface for quick reference. We recommend using fullscreen mode (F key) for a better viewing experience.

Your task

Choose the better prediction by comparing each model directly against the reference standard.

• Select either Prediction 1 or Prediction 2 by clicking the corresponding number above the scan. Your choice will be highlighted in green
• Briefly explain the key reasons behind your decision in the text box provided. (Use axial slice number in the bottom right corner for the reference, if needed)

Navigation

You can change your choice and written justification at any time. Use Previous/Next buttons or arrow keys to navigate between cases. Once you finish all cases, a submit button will appear to complete your evaluation.

Important

• Treat the reference standard as ground truth. Base your choice solely on comparison to this reference, not on personal clinical judgment.
• You must make a forced choice and provide a brief written justification for every case. No case can be skipped, and all text entries must be completed.
• The images are displayed in line with the radiological convention.
